How long will my order take to ship?

All orders are thoughtfully packed by our founders.

Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship via UPS to ensure reliable delivery. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during product launches or holiday periods.

When will my order arrive?

After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Gulabi is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our hands.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our small-batch production, all sales are final.

We take great care in ensuring every piece meets our quality standards before it reaches you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@gulabiroots.com and include your order number and photos. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
